2023 Tewatohnhi’saktha Board of Directors Election Results

IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Kahnawà:ke (Kenténha/October 2, 2023)

Herb Rice, Electoral Officer, confirmed the results of the Election held on Saturday, September 30th, 2023, to fill two (2) positions on the Board of Directors; results are as follows:  

• Barbara McComber received 66 votes 
• Charles (Chuck) Barnett received 41 votes 
• Greg Horn received 31 votes  

Total ballots 92 and 1 spoiled ballot 

Barbara McComber and Charles (Chuck) Barnett are the successful candidates for the Board of Directors and are expected to participate in their first meeting on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023.   

“Greg Horn has been a valued member of the Board of Directors for 13 years and has acted as Chairperson for the past several years. We are grateful for his dedication to the organization and his continued support and guidance in moving forward with our new mandate.  We wish him the very best in his future endeavours.” said Tammy Delaronde, Executive Director.
