Tewatohnhi’saktha conducts Client Satisfaction Surveys each year to gather information regarding the programs accessed, knowledge about what we offer as well as gage the satisfaction levels of our clients who use our services. Tewatohnhi’saktha hires independent consultants to conduct the survey’s and are strictly confidential. Tewatohnhi’saktha does not have access to those individual survey’s and only receives the final report. The reports are reviewed by Management and the Board of Directors and then planning begins with the entire team. At
Tewatohnhi’saktha we strive to keep our programs and services relevant and the results of these survey’s help us to make adjustments and improvements where needed. The surveys also allow us to obtain honest written feedback via the open comment boxes at the end of each survey.
