Kahnawà:ke Tourism will host the 8th annual Strawberry Food Fest this July! The Strawberry food fest is a collective event, where the theme of strawberries and community culinary creations made with strawberries is promoted throughout the community for the whole month!

The food festivals initiative was created in 2016, to showcase our traditional foods that coincide with our cycle of ceremonies to visitors and community members alike. The food fests are a fun, respectful and economically beneficial way in which to share our culture, without disrupting the local environment.

This year Kahnawà:ke Tourism will host the first in person Strawberry fest! The date and location will be confirmed shortly. We are encouraging all local artisans and food vendors to get involved by having a strawberry themed item or menu. If you would like to register to become a vendor, please use the contact information below. A callout will be coming shortly with more information about the event.
