Business Interruption Fund (BIF) available to those Kahnawa:ke Businesses directed to close by the Kahnawa:ke Task Force
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Kahnawà:ke (Tsothohrhkó:wa/January 6, 2022) –
Businesses that have been directed to close as of December 24th, 2021 by the Kahnawà:ke
Covid-19 Task Force can apply with Tewatohnhi’saktha to access the Business Interruption Fund.
If a claim was filed in the last year, please contact the Business Services Team member you spoke
with to re-apply. New claimants can contact Tewatohnhi’saktha reception and a Business Services
Officer will be assigned to assist you.
