WELCOME CENTER REOPENS

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Kahnawà:ke (Enníska/February 25, 2022)
On Monday February 28, 2022, the Kahnawà:ke Welcome Center will be open to the public.
All Safety Protocols are in place to ensure the safety of our employees and visitors. Once again we
will be offering guided tours in designated areas accompanied by a tour guide and offer information
as to what is available for visitors such as retail shopping, dining, recreation and leisure as these
options become available. Tours schedules will be available on our social media page. The Welcome
Center receives approximately 1600 visitors per year and coordinates approximately 60 tours.
“We look forward to receiving visitors who want to learn more about our history and culture and
who contribute to our local economy,” says Kimberly Cross, Tourism Development Agent.

If you are interested in having a tour arranged for friends and family visiting, a business associate
