Tewatohnhi’saktha launches PATH Foundations Certificate

Tewatohnhi’saktha is launching a new PATH Foundations Certificate for participants who successfully complete 6 Professional Advancement Training Hub (PATH) courses between October 2025 – June 2026. The PATH Foundations Certificate will be issued by Tewatohnhi’saktha, in partnership with the New Frontiers School Board, and will include an honorarium to celebrate participant dedication and achievement in gaining foundational skills for their professional development.
The PATH Program piloted in January 2025 with 195 people registered to date. The courses have served 153 participants, and issued 134 certificates of completion. Fall 2025 modules included courses such as Digital Content Creation: Social Media, De-Escalation & Handling Difficult Clients, and Project Management 101.
Winter and Spring 2026 modules – January to June include:
- Public Speaking & Presentation Skills
- Intro to Excel
- Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Intro to Word Basics
- Professional Communication & Grant Writing
- Intro to Word Basics
- Project Management
- RAC Workshop and Information
“91% of our clients indicated that they would participate in another Path Training as well as recommend the training to others, while 92% have already applied what they have learned
